30-Day Warranty Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery.

What’s Covered:
This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

What’s Not Covered:

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs

• Normal wear and tear, such as cable and cord breakage

• Products not purchased directly from our authorized sellers

How to Make a Claim:
If you experience an issue with your product within 30 days of delivery, you can contact us at info@thedockgorilla.com. Please attach pictures of defective product in your request. If accepted, we’ll send you a replacement.

Resolution:
If the issue is covered by the warranty, we will offer a replacement at our discretion.
